为了探讨高低淀粉木薯品种可溶性糖运转、分配与块根淀粉积累的关系,在大田条件下,试验以高低淀粉品种‘辐选01’和‘华南124’为材料,分别在各生育期测定块根淀粉积累量和根茎叶可溶性糖积累量。结果表明,高淀粉品种‘辐选01’茎杆的可溶性糖大部分时期比低淀粉品种‘华南124’高,块根可溶性糖大部分时期比低淀粉品种‘华南124’低;从块根形成初期到成熟期,块根可溶性糖呈明显下降的趋势,而茎和叶的可溶性糖先是随块根淀粉积累速率的升高而下降,后又在淀粉积累速率下降时明显升高,和淀粉积累速率趋势相反。在块根形成初期,可溶性糖的分配是块根积累量大于茎杆,茎杆大于叶片,而在成熟期,块根可溶性糖的积累量小于茎杆,茎杆小于叶片。由此可见,木薯可溶性糖的运转、分配与块根淀粉积累关系密切,高淀粉品种有更强的合成和转化利用可溶性糖的能力,而限制块根淀粉积累的主因是库限制。
In order to investigate the relationship between the operation and distribution of soluble sugar and the accumulation of starch in roots and tubers of high and low starch cassava varieties, under high field conditions, the starch and starch accumulation of ’Yaonan 01’ and ’South China 124’ were tested at different growth stages Amount and accumulation of soluble sugar in roots and leaves. The results showed that the soluble sugar content of high-starch variety ’Radiation-selective 01’ stem was higher than that of low-starch variety ’South China 124’ for most of the time, and soluble sugar content of tuberous root most of the time was lower than that of low-starch variety ’South China 124’ Soluble sugar in roots and tubers tended to decrease significantly at maturity and soluble sugar in stems and leaves decreased with the increase of starch accumulation rate in roots and tubers, but then increased significantly when starch accumulation rate decreased, which was opposite to starch accumulation rate. In the initial stage of root tuber formation, the soluble sugar content was larger than the stem root tuber accumulation, and the stalks larger than the leaf stalks. At the maturity stage, the soluble sugar accumulation in tuberous roots was smaller than that of the stalks and the stems were smaller than the leaves. Therefore, the operation and distribution of soluble sugar in cassava was closely related to the accumulation of starch in root tuber. The high starch varieties had stronger ability to synthesize and transform and utilize soluble sugar. The main reason for limiting the accumulation of starch in root tuber was library limitation.
