目的分析人工流产的年龄分布及原因,探讨降低人工流产率的对策。方法对1563例行宫内早孕人工流产手术的病例进行回顾性分析。结果本组1563例,其中16~25岁856例,占54.77%;26~35岁584例,占37.36%;36岁以上123例,占7.87%。未婚先孕688例,占44.02%,其中在校学生428例,占27.38%,胎停育103例,占6.59%;不全流产64例,4.09%;宫内节育器失败56例,占3.58%;其他652例,41.71%。结论年轻未婚女性,特别是青少年学生因性知识欠缺,对人流伤害认识不足,造成意外妊娠多,人流年轻化趋势明显,应加强教育,正确引导。
Objective To analyze the age distribution and causes of induced abortion, and to explore ways to reduce the rate of induced abortion. Methods 1563 cases of intrauterine abortion early pregnancy induced abortion cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The group of 1563 cases, of which 16 to 25 years old 856 cases, accounting for 54.77%; 26 to 35 years old 584 cases, accounting for 37.36%; 123 36 years of age or more, accounting for 7.87%. 688 cases of unmarried pregnancy, accounting for 44.02%, of which 428 cases of school students, accounting for 27.38%, 103 cases of childbirth, accounting for 6.59%; 64 cases of incomplete abortion, 4.09%; 56 cases of intrauterine device failure, accounting for 3.58% ; Other 652 cases, 41.71%. Conclusion Young, unmarried women, especially teenagers, lack of knowledge of their sexuality and lack of understanding of the injury caused by traffic accidents. As a result, many unintended pregnancies and younger people tend to be younger. Therefore, we should step up education and guide correctly.
