为了提高相变水泥基复合材料中相变材料石蜡的掺量,引入造孔剂在基体中产生气孔,使部分石蜡填充到气孔中,增加液化石蜡的存储空间,减少石蜡渗出。论文研究了不同造孔剂掺量下石蜡含量对相变水泥基复合材料抗石蜡渗出性、力学性能与储热性能的影响规律。结果表明:当造孔剂掺量由0%提高至4%时,石蜡在相变水泥基复合材料中不渗漏的掺量由5.0%提高至7.2%,抗压强度降低幅度较大。造孔剂与石蜡的最佳掺量分别为2%和5.8%。随着石蜡掺量的增加,相变水泥基复合材料储热性能提高,同时,造孔剂产生的气孔的隔热保温效果也有助于相变水泥基复合材料板外壁和内壁最高温度温差的增加与测量体系内腔最高温度的下降。
In order to increase the paraffin content of phase change material in phase change cementitious composites, the pore-forming agent was introduced into the matrix to generate pores and part of the paraffin was filled into the pores to increase the storage space for liquefied paraffin and reduce paraffin exudation. The effects of paraffin content at different pore-forming agent dosages on paraffin-embedded exudation, mechanical properties and heat storage of phase transition cementitious composites were studied. The results show that when the amount of pore-forming agent is increased from 0% to 4%, the paraffin content in phase-change cement-based composites increases from 5.0% to 7.2% and the compressive strength decreases greatly. The best dosages of pore-forming agent and paraffin wax are 2% and 5.8% respectively. With the increase of the content of paraffin, the heat storage performance of phase change cement-based composites increases. Meanwhile, the thermal insulation effect of pores produced by pore former also contributes to the increase of the temperature difference between the maximum temperature of the outer wall and the inner wall of the phase transition cementitious composite board And the measurement system lumen temperature drop.
