深圳市南山区劳动局管辖内有2000多家企业。为企业提供服务的主要劳动业务有劳动力管理、失业员工再就业管理、境外人员就业管理、档案委托管理、计划调配工资、劳动监察、劳动年审等20多项。过去受办公条件的限制,为企业提供办理主要劳动业务服务项目的办公地点分布较散,企业办事人员有时从劳动大厦一楼跑到五楼、六楼,又从六楼跑到一楼、五楼,有的来回跑上好几次,给企业办事人员带来了极大的不方便,企业和员工有苦难言。
