《中华人民共和国种子法》(下简称《种子法》)颁布实施后,种子行业垄断经营的格局被打破,农民选择机会增多,但对于识别能力差、文化水平低的农民群体无疑是一个新难题。农民在遭受假劣种子带来的伤害时,也不懂依法维权,本文就这个问题提出应对措施,以帮助农民依法维权,索赔损失。
After the promulgation and implementation of the “Seed Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as the “Seed Law”), the pattern of monopolistic business in the seed industry is broken and peasants have more choices of opportunities. However, it is undoubtedly a new challenge to peasant masses with poor identification ability and low cultural level . When the peasants suffer the harm caused by counterfeit seeds, they also do not understand the rights of law enforcement. This article puts forward countermeasures on this issue to help farmers defend their rights according to law and claim losses.
