随着新课程改革的深入发展,数学课堂也发生了翻天覆地的变化,在这种新课程标准的指导下,进行有效的小学数学教学设计要围绕三个基本问题展开:确定恰当的教学目标;合理分析与组织教学要素;正确评价教学效果。
