电锅炉水储热技术是一种负荷侧调峰技术。本文以衡水电业局电锅炉水储热系统为例，介绍了水储热装置的结构和经济效益比较，指出该技术对用户、电网、社会都具有十分明显的经济效益和社会效益，并提出目前推广的具体建议。
