目的:观察综合疗法治疗新生儿硬肿症的疗效。方法:将48例硬肿症患者随机分为2组,对照组16例采用复温、暖箱保暖、给氧、扩容、纠酸、抗感染等对症处理。治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上,加用消肿热敷散治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.88%,对照组为68.75%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗新生儿硬肿症疗效较好。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of comprehensive therapy on neonatal sclerema. Methods: Forty-eight cases of scleredema were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received symptomatic treatment of rewarming, warm incubator, oxygenation, dilatation, acid correction and anti-infective. The treatment group 32 cases in the control group based on the treatment, plus swelling decoction plus treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 96.88% in the treatment group and 68.75% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive treatment of neonatal sclerosis has a good effect.
