由北京振动工程学会、中国振动工程学会结构动力学分会、黑龙江省振动工程学会和黑龙江省宇航学会联合召开的第四届结构强度和振动理论、实验与应用学术会议于1992年7月30日～8月3日在黑龙江省牡丹江市镜泊湖哈工大休养所召开。 来自全国各地有厂、所、院校代表近70人、会议共收到论文84篇,分别收入会议文集(上、下两册)。会议开幕式由哈尔滨工业大学邹经湘教授主持,北京航空航天大学教授张世基致开幕词,介绍了本届会议筹备工作。黑龙江省科协主席、哈尔滨工业大学原校长黄文虎教授在大会上作了重要学术报告,着重介绍了我国振动工程应用方面发展的新
By the Beijing Institute of Vibration Engineering, China Vibration Engineering Society of structural dynamics, vibration engineering in Heilongjiang Province and Heilongjiang Province Institute of Aeronautics, the fourth joint strength and vibration theory, experiment and application of academic conference in July 30, 1992 ~ August 3 in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province Jingbo Lake Harbin Workers Hospitals held. There are nearly 70 representatives from factories, institutes and institutes all over the country. There are totally 84 papers in the conference, which are respectively collected in the proceedings of the conference (upper and lower volumes). The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Zou Jingxiang from Harbin Institute of Technology.
