新时期,电力企业的经营和管理出现了内外环境的巨大转变,需要创新电力企业管理的新机制,从构建主义出发,建立起适于电力企业经营与管理的策略。本研究从电力企业的综合计划管理实际工作入手,阐述了综合计划管理工作的概念,分析了综合计划管理的价值,列举了综合计划的主要内容,提供了综合计划管理应用于电力企业的实际策略与措施,希望为更好地发挥综合计划管理工作优势,构建电力企业新形势下新管理体系有所帮助。
In the new period, the operation and management of power enterprises have undergone tremendous changes in the internal and external environment. Innovative new mechanisms for power enterprises management are needed. From the perspective of constructivism, a strategy suitable for the operation and management of power enterprises is established. This research starts from the practical work of integrated plan management in electric power enterprises, elaborates the concept of integrated plan management, analyzes the value of integrated plan management, lists the main contents of integrated plan, and provides the practical plan of integrated plan management applied in electric power enterprises And measures, hoping to give full play to the advantages of integrated planning and management work and build a new management system for power enterprises in the new situation.
