病历摘要张某(病历号245579),女,21岁。因持续头痛一月余,于1981年5月21日入省某医院。患者一月前有头晕,两颞侧头痛,能耐受;未诊治。三周前开始发烧(体温不详),时伴呕吐,非喷射性,且头痛头晕加重到县医院就诊。查脑脊液:混浊,白细胞数610/立方毫米,中性80%,淋巴20%,潘氏试验阳性,糖30～40毫克%。按“结核性脑膜炎”用 P·A·S、雷米封等治疗后体温下降,呕吐减轻;但仍有持续性头痛,且渐出现反应迟钝,视物不清,有时尿失禁,急至省某医院疑
