Editorial Comrades: I often see in many newspapers and magazines the names of many schools with the word “立”. For example, in your first draft of “Learning the Soviet Experiences” on page 39 of February, there is “Like” Li “in Jiangxi Province ...... I went to the province to” establish “Nanchang Normal ...” and other words (as in previous periods). I think this is not in conformity with the provisions of the Ministry of Education. According to the instruction of the Ministry of Education of the Central People’s Government, Secrets No.172 of September 9, 1950, “Public schools will not add the words” national “,” provincial “,” county “or” public “ , And public schools may only be called ”certain schools in certain provinces and autonomous regions." However, so far, many schools still fail to follow the instructions. As for the reason why such words can still be seen in newspapers and magazines, on the one hand some gratitude comrades did not pay attention to this issue and on the other hand they should be accountable to editors. As a comrade in charge of newspapers and periodicals, which should be followed up with attention to these instructions, why not correct it when reviewing papers? In order to implement the directives of the Central Ministry of Education, it is proposed to raise this point openly to attract the attention of schools in various places , To correct this shortcoming, and hope that the editors and comrades in the future to strengthen learning.
