新修订的《消费者权益保护法》已于2014年3月15日正式实施。消费者七天无理由退换货权是新增加的内容,这对于保护消费者权益具有重大意义。但是其在国内的发展尚处于一个较为初级的阶段,在实施中难免会出现很多问题,例如出现消费者无理由退货权的商品范围不够确定;消费者无理由退货权的背后除了商家,网络交易平台应当承担什么样的责任。本文对这些问题进行以及消费者权益保护及网络交易市场的规范化进行浅析。
The newly revised “Consumer Protection Law” was officially implemented on March 15, 2014. Seven days no reason to return the right to consumers is the new content added, which is of great significance to the protection of the rights and interests of consumers. However, its development in China is still at a relatively early stage. Many problems will inevitably occur in the course of implementation. For example, the scope of the goods where consumers have no right to return rights is not certain. The consumers have no reason behind the right of return except the merchant and the internet transaction Platform should bear what kind of responsibility. This article analyzes these issues as well as the protection of the rights and interests of consumers and the standardization of online trading market.
