本文分析了医院忽略成本管理的原因,指出医院提高自身竞争力存在的一些误区。认为引进昂贵尖端医疗设备、医院扩大基础建设、高毛收入的同时,可能存在的成本风险。最后本文提出了组建跨部门的成本控制领导小组,加强对新增医疗项目、基建工程未来收益的评估管理工作,以及推行节能减排工作增强节约意识等三个方面的成本管理对策。医院的成本管理好不好,对医院人才队伍的建设及其重要[1]。医院在高年收入的同时,如果不重视成本管理[2],结果将会是医院职工人均年收入的减少。在当前各级医院竞争日趋激烈的情况下,各个医院的成本管理将直接决定其竞争力的高低,对医院人才管理也有显著的影响。
This article analyzes the reason why hospital neglects cost management and points out some misunderstandings that hospitals have to improve their own competitiveness. It is believed that the introduction of expensive cutting-edge medical equipment, hospitals to expand infrastructure, high gross income at the same time, there may be cost risk. Finally, this paper proposes to set up a cross-departmental cost control leading group to strengthen cost management measures on three aspects: newly-added medical projects, assessment and management of the future revenue of infrastructure projects, promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction, and enhancement of conservation awareness. The cost of hospital management is good, the construction of hospital personnel and its important [1]. In the meantime, if hospitals do not pay attention to cost management [2] at the same time of high income, the result will be a decrease in annual per capita income of hospital staff. Under the current increasingly competitive hospitals at all levels, the cost management of each hospital will directly determine the level of its competitiveness, and also have a significant impact on hospital personnel management.
