本文阐述了选用突出煤层的煤样,在不加任何添加剂条件下压结成型做为代替揭开石门煤与瓦斯突出的试验情况。当成型压力≥30MPa 时,其抗压强度为0.31MPa,这相当于突出严重的Ⅳ,Ⅴ类破坏煤层。这种模拟试验比日本用松香、CO_2结晶冰等无吸附瓦斯能力的材料做实验更接近实际。试验表明:突出最小瓦斯压力随煤的强度增大而增大;瓦斯压力越大,突出强度也越大。
This paper describes the selection of coal outburst of coal, without any additives under pressure forming as a substitute for the test of coal and gas out of Shek Mun situation. When the molding pressure ≥ 30MPa, the compressive strength of 0.31MPa, which is equivalent to highlight the serious Ⅳ, Ⅴ destruction of coal. This simulation experiment than Japan with rosin, CO_2 crystal ice and other non-adsorption capacity of materials to experiment more realistic. Experiments show that the minimum gas pressure increases with the increase of coal strength, and the larger the gas pressure, the greater the protruding strength.
