举世瞩目的八届全国人大四次会议不久前刚刚胜利闭幕,大会审议、通过的寄托着中华民族理想与追求的跨世纪的宏伟蓝图已经展现在全中国、全世界面前。在全国人民满怀信心,认真贯彻落实《国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标纲要》精神的热潮中,国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称基金会)迎来了成立10周年的喜庆日子。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighth People's Congress, which attracted worldwide attention, just concluded its recent victory. The grand blueprint passed by the General Assembly for the adoption of the trans-century on which the ideal and pursuit of the Chinese nation was adopted has been displayed in front of all of China and the whole world. With the people in the country full of confidence and conscientiously implementing the spirit of “Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Outline for 2010”, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (SEF) ushered in the 10th anniversary Happy days.
