在临床上常常遇到持续高烧不退的患者,应用自拟“退热解毒汤”取得满意的效果。现介绍如下: 一、方药组成金银花青连翘板兰根生石膏(先煎)肥知母羚羊粉(冲服)加减: 发热重表邪未解者,加桑叶、菊花;舌质红绛而干,口渴,烦燥不眠,时有谵语者,加元参、天冬、麦冬;壮热,舌质绛紫,吐衄斑疹,神昏谵语者,加生地、丹皮、赤芍;恶心呕吐者,加陈皮、竹茹;大便燥结者,加大黄、元明粉。
