要办好企业,发展生产,就要用毛泽东思想建设队伍。也就是用无产阶级的立坊、观点和方法,武装全体职工的头脑,树立共产主义的世界观、革命的人生观和辩证唯物主义的思想方法。达就是大庆建设队伍的主要经验。三年来,我部通过学习大庆,出现了一批思想红、作风好、技术精的建设队伍。他们的工作性质虽有不同,但他们都有一个共同点:闪烁着毛泽东思想的光辉,初步掌握了向大自然开战的革命辩证法。这些队伍,他们成年累月地南征北战,头顶青天,脚踏草地,生活条件和工作条件都是比较艰苦的,为什么他们能够在艰苦的环境里,勇往直向,战胜困难,多快好省地完成建设任务呢?这里首要的是他们以毛泽东思想为指针,以解放军为榜样,实现了人的思想革命化。因此,他们就能做到“干革命四海为家,搞建设一心向党”。自觉地坚决地服从革命的需要,党指向哪里,就奔向那里。他们认识到搞施工是革命,搞管理是革命,搞后方家属工作也是革命。只要有利于党、有利于人民的工作都是革命,就能做到干一行、爱一行、专一行。他们像大庆人一样,发扬了自力更生、艰苦奋斗的革命精神,穷干、苦干、实干、巧干,顽强地同大自然作斗争,敢叫高山低头,河水让路。当前,我国正处在社会主义革命和社会主义建设的新高潮中,第三个五年计划刚刚开始,广大职工意气风发,斗志昂扬,一派大好形势。要培养出一支革命化、野战化、现代化的建设队伍,关键在于领导机关的革命化,特别是领导干部的思想革命化,好的队伍才能带出来。我们希望这里发表的这些队伍成长情况的文章,将有助于各级领导,更好地用毛泽东思想作指导,进行队伍的建设,在不久的将来,涌现出更多的像马万水工程队、一冶输电线路工程队、一冶第三井巷公司、武汉勘探分公司、长沙黑色金属矿山设计院二一○工作队等这样的队伍来。
