利用含氢聚硅氧烷(PHMS)和烯丙基聚醚的硅氢化反应合成了聚醚硅油PESO,再将其与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应,得到聚氨酯改性聚醚硅油TESO。用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和扫描电镜(SEM)等对TESO进行了结构表征,应用和成膜形态研究。结果表明,与未整理的空白样相比,随着TESO用量的增加,100%棉布的柔软性不断提高;TESO/ASO-1整理的100%棉布的柔软性和折皱回复角均优于TESO,吸湿性虽不及TESO但较ASO-1有所提高。TESO也有一定的成膜性,经其整理后的100%棉布纤维表面较空白样光滑;经TESO/ASO-1整理的100%棉布纤维表面光滑性虽逊于ASO-1,但比TESO整理的100%棉布纤维表面光滑。
Polyether silicone oil PESO was synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction of hydrogen-containing polysiloxane (PHMS) and allyl polyether, which was then reacted with 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate (TDI) to obtain polyurethane modified polyether silicone oil TESO. TESO was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and SEM. The results showed that the softness of 100% cotton increased with the increase of the amount of TESO. The softness and wrinkle recovery angle of 100% cotton treated with TESO / ASO-1 were better than those of TESO. Although less hygroscopic TESO than ASO-1 has improved. TESO also has certain film-forming properties. The surface of 100% cotton fabric after finishing is relatively smooth and blank. Although the surface smoothness of 100% cotton fabric finished by TESO / ASO-1 is inferior to that of ASO-1, 100% cotton fiber surface is smooth.
