应用ER55-B6焊丝焊接12Cr1MoV耐热钢,焊后进行740℃回火热处理,并对其焊接接头进行了组织分析、强度和维氏硬度测试,以及断口形貌观察。结果表明,回火处理后的焊缝及热影响区组织为铁素体、球化珠光体及均匀分布的第二相质点,相分布合理;断口形貌显示大部分为韧窝,属韧性断裂,抗冲击性好。应用ER55-B6焊丝焊接12Cr1MoV钢,能满足耐热钢焊接性能要求。
The ER55-B6 welding wire was used to weld 12Cr1MoV heat-resisting steel. After welding, the steel was tempered at 740 ℃ for tempering. The welded joints were analyzed by microstructure, strength and Vickers hardness, and the fracture surface morphology was observed. The results show that the microstructure of weld and HAZ after tempering is composed of ferrite, spheroidized pearlite and uniform second phase particles, and the phase distribution is reasonable. The fracture surface shows mostly dimples and belongs to ductile fracture Good impact resistance.
