我国民族区域自治法律制度与曾经相比虽然创新与发展很多,但是在社会不断发展的现在已经出现不能够与时俱进的局面。在党的十八大提倡不断推进民族区域自治制度为契机,分析民族区域自治法律制度的进一步创新与发展是十分必要的。在总结现阶段民族区域自治法律制度现状的基础上,分析自治法制建设中存在的不足之处以及误区与所面临的问题。反思民族区域自治法律制度的创新与发展之路。
Although there are many innovations and developments in the legal system of ethnic regional autonomy in our country, we can not keep up with the times now in the continuous development of our society. At the 18th CPC National Congress, it is imperative to promote the continuous development of the system of ethnic regional autonomy and analyze the further innovation and development of the legal system of ethnic regional autonomy. On the basis of summarizing the status quo of the legal system of ethnic regional autonomy at the present stage, this article analyzes the shortcomings and mistakes in the construction of autonomous legal system and the problems it faces.
