近年来,杀虫脒中毒的报告甚多,主要表现为神经系统和泌尿系统方面的症状,此外尚有高铁血红蛋白血症引起的呼吸困难和紫绀等。而杀虫脒中毒引起的血管内溶血则少见。本院近二年来收治杀虫脒中毒患者16例,其中并发急性血管内溶血4例,现报告如下。例1:男性,27岁,喝酒三小杯一小时后又服杀虫脒约50毫升:服后当即倒地,不省人事。急送当地卫生院行洗胃、给阿托品,解磷定、输液等处理,病情无明显好转,一直昏迷不醒。同时出现阵发性抽搐、呼吸困难,咀唇青紫,于当日下午转入本院。体查:体
