The African continent has no shortage of proposals. What is most important is that all leaders should have a sense of urgency and change. They must promptly put in place the resolutions that have been drafted over the years because the time wasted has already made them immoderate. The theme of this AU summit - to invest in young people and a small African country that has always performed well in this respect is Rwanda, which is known as the “country of thousands of hills.” Recently, Mr. Charles KAYONG Jia, Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to China, accepted an exclusive interview with this magazine and expressed his views on the issue of training young people and other African Union leaders.
