在個人學習與集體學習的關係的這個問題上,現時有些人還存在着一種不正確的觀點,强調一方面,忽視他方面,把個人學習舆集體學習看做是彼此不能聯結起来的東西;就學校教育說,舊式學校裏的典型教學法是注入式的講授,教師講,學生聽,教師授,學生受。在學習過程中祇有一個教師與一個學生發生關係,而且這種關係往往是單轨的。就是班級教學,雖有集體的形式,實質上仍舊是個人的學習。這種教學,可以由图一表示出來。圖中大圈代表教
