医学论文的发表情况是医务人员技术水平、工作能力、思维方法、表达能力的体现[1],其产出的数量和质量经常被列为评价单位、个人科研实力和科研水平的指标之一,被作为立项、成果鉴定、报奖及职称评定的量化指标。我院自1990年开始对论文发表实行奖励制度,分别于2005年和2008年对科研论文奖励制度进行了改革,我院科研管理机构设定专人负责对发表论文进行认真登记和审核,严格执行奖励政策。现对我院2001-2010年发表论文的数量
