利用现有烧结工艺、原料和加工设备,提出一种全新烧结工艺——酸、碱混合烧结工艺。本工艺在碱性烧结料强化制粒的同时,与酸性球团在入烧结机前进行混合,最后在烧结机上实现酸性球团与碱性料混合烧结(料层厚度为1 000mm)。研究结果表明,采用新工艺后,料层透气性改善明显,1 000mm料层的负压为985kPa,优于600mm普通料层的1 209kPa;另外,加入5~8mm的球团明显比加入大于8mm球团透气性好。当酸性料用量为40%,配碳量(质量分数)为3.8%,烧结负压为1 200kPa时,烧结矿各项产、质量指标最好。
Using the existing sintering process, raw materials and processing equipment, a new sintering process - acid, alkali mixed sintering process. At the same time, the process mixes with the acidic pellets before the agglomerating machine. Finally, the acid pellets and the alkaline materials are mixed and sintered on the sintering machine (the thickness of the material layer is 1000mm). The results show that after the new technology, the permeability of the material layer is obviously improved. The negative pressure of the material layer of 1000mm is 985kPa, which is better than that of the common material layer of 600mm. The pellets added with 5 ~ 8mm are obviously better than those with more than 8mm The pellets are breathable. When the amount of acidic material is 40%, the content of carbon (mass fraction) is 3.8% and the sintering negative pressure is 1 200kPa, the production and quality indexes of sinter are the best.
