社会工作者秉着以人为本、平等公正、助人自助的原则,在社会的方方面面都发挥着重要的作用。本文从社会工作者在企业职工管理中的作用角度出发,阐述了社会工作者在帮助企业职工解决所面临的实际问题、调节企业领导与职工间的关系以及提高企业职工的工作效率等方面起的重要作用。进一步,提出通过提高社会工作者的地位、加强社会工作者在职工管理中的队伍建设以及加强社会工作则与企业职工间的沟通交流等措施,提升社会工作者在企业职工管理中的作用。
The principle of people-oriented, equal and fair, self-help and self-help of social workers plays an important role in all aspects of society.
