目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定复方丹参片中铅、砷、铜、镉、汞的含量。方法:微波消解后的样品,加入锗、铟、铋内标元素,以菠菜作为质控标准物质,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定复方丹参片中铅、砷、铜、镉、汞的含量。结果:铅、砷、铜、镉、汞5种元素的最低检出限分别为6.5,2.3,5.9,4.7,0.91 ng·g-1;在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r均>0.998 0);回收率分别为102.8%,105.1%,104.5%,106.8%,92.4%,RSD分别为2.1%,2.8%,1.9%,2.2%,3.4%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确迅速,操作性强,干扰少,适用于测定复方丹参片中重金属的含量。
Objective: To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) for the determination of lead, arsenic, copper, cadmium and mercury in Fufang Danshen Tablets. Methods: The sample after microwave digestion was added with germanium, indium and bismuth internal standard elements, spinach was used as quality control standard substance, and the contents of lead, arsenic, copper, cadmium and mercury in Fufang Danshen Tablets were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results: The detection limits of the five elements were 6.5, 2.3, 5.9, 4.7 and 0.91 ng · g-1, respectively. The linearity was good in all concentrations (r> 0.998 The recovery rates were 102.8%, 105.1%, 104.5%, 106.8% and 92.4%, respectively. The RSDs were 2.1%, 2.8%, 1.9%, 2.2% and 3.4%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and rapid, and has strong operability and less interference. It is suitable for the determination of heavy metal content in Fufang Danshen Tablets.
