为了探讨γ干扰素(IFN-γ)在免疫治疗和免疫化疗中的作用,作者以K562和MKN45人胃癌细胞为靶细胞,观察IFN-γ对TIL、LAK细胞毒活性的影响;同时选用五种化疗药物,以SGC7901人胃癌细胞为靶细胞,评价IFN-γ对化疗药抗癌作用的影响。实验结果表明:(1)IFN-γ明显增强TIL和LAK对两种肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性;(2)IFN-γ显著增强五种化疗药物对SGC7901胃癌细胞的抗癌效应。结果提示,IFN-γ作为免疫治疗和免疫化疗的重要免疫调节剂,有一定的应用前景。
To investigate the role of IFN-γ in immunotherapy and immunochemotherapy, the authors used K562 and MKN45 human gastric cancer cells as target cells to observe the effect of IFN-γ on the cytotoxicity of TIL and LAK; Chemotherapy drugs targeting SGC7901 human gastric cancer cells were used to evaluate the effect of IFN-γ on the anti-cancer effects of chemotherapeutic drugs. The experimental results showed that: (1) IFN-γ significantly enhanced the killing activity of TIL and LAK on two kinds of tumor cells; (2) IFN-γ significantly enhanced the anticancer effect of five chemotherapy drugs on SGC7901 gastric cancer cells. The results suggest that IFN-γ has important application prospects as an important immunomodulator for immunotherapy and immunochemotherapy.
