为观察豚鼠噪声暴露后畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)与内耳毛细胞的改变,将16只健康豚鼠分为3组,正常对照组3只,噪声后即刻组3只,7d组1o只。暴露于115dB模拟潜艇机舱噪声中4h,暴露后即刻及7d检测DPOAE听力图及I/O函数曲线,光镜及扫描电镜观察耳蜗毛细胞的改变。暴露即刻组DPOAE振幅消失(P<0.01),7d后又恢复至暴震前的基线水平(P>0.05)。光镜及扫描电镜显示耳蜗2、3、4kHZ区域外毛细胞好纤毛排列紊乱及部分消失。提示噪声后外毛细胞静纤毛轻度损伤时所保留的正常外毛细胞可调整及代偿其功能,故DPOAE相值可为正常。
To observe the changes of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) and inner ear hair cells after noise exposure in guinea pigs, 16 healthy guinea pigs were divided into three groups, three normal control groups, three immediately after noise and 10 mice in 7d group. Exposure to 115dB simulated submarine cabin noise 4h, DPOAE audiogram and I / O function curve immediately after exposure and 7d after exposure, light cortex and scanning electron microscopy changes in cochlear hair cells. The DPOAE amplitudes disappeared immediately after exposure (P <0.01), and returned to baseline before 7th day after exposure (P> 0.05). Light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy showed corks 2,3,4kHZ hair cells outside the ciliated cells arranged in disorder and part of the disappearance. Prompt noise outside the outer hair cells after mild damage to the normal outer hair cells retained outer hair cells can be adjusted and compensatory function, so DPOAE phase value can be normal.
