本论文通过实验选用32.5强度等级的普通硅酸盐水泥,通过对单掺板垃圾、柱垃圾、砖垃圾及混掺这三种垃圾等几种方案进行试配,测试分析再生砂浆的性能和砂浆3d、7d、28d、90d四个龄期的抗压强度、抗折强度及容重。通过对各种配合比的建筑垃圾再生砂浆各龄期强度与容重的对比分析,找出三者在砂浆复掺时的最佳掺量以及不同掺量对再生砂浆拌合物强度和容重的影响规律,从而得出容重低、强度高的最优配比。在本次试验的基础上,用正交试验设计研究了影响再生砂浆性能的主要因素,并确定了其影响规律。
In this paper, 32.5 strength ordinary portland cement was selected through experiment, and several kinds of programs such as single mixed board garbage, column garbage, brick waste and mixed concrete were tried and tested to test the performance of recycled mortar and mortar 3d, 7d, 28d, 90d four age of the compressive strength, flexural strength and bulk density. By comparing and analyzing the strength and bulk density of different proportions of recycled mortar from different ages, we found out the best dosage of the three in the mortar compounding and the effect of different dosage on the strength and bulk density of the recycled mortar mixture Law, which leads to low weight, high intensity of the best ratio. On the basis of this experiment, the main factors influencing the performance of recycled mortar were studied by orthogonal experimental design and the influence law was determined.
