我省农村电气化试点工作,在党中央的支持和关怀下,在省委、省政府的直接领导下,遵照胡耀邦总书记提出“积极发展小水电、建设一百个农村电气化试点县”的指示,根据国务院(1983)190号文件精神,从一九八三年开始选点、规划,经逐级审查批准,确定我省婺源、奉新、德兴、宜丰、宜黄、全南、遂川、井冈山(省试点)共八个试点县,并于一九八四年开始全面实施。规划前八个县(市)总户数35.6639万户,171.57万人,现有装机8.5116万千瓦,年发电量2.085亿度、用电量1.2662亿度,人均装机49瓦,发电量121度,用电量73度,通电面
