为进一步完善三辊导向装置连杆机构的设计方法,在综合考虑设备的工艺要求、使用条件以及机构的传动性能的基础上,建立了多目标函数优化设计的数学模型。采用虚拟样机技术,利用ADAMS对完全参数化的机构模型进行了仿真优化以确定具有最优性能的设计参数。仿真结果表明,在给定的约束条件下,机构的综合工作性能得到显著改善。
In order to further improve the design method of the connecting rod mechanism of the three-roller guide, the mathematic model of the multi-objective function optimization design is established on the basis of comprehensively considering the technological requirements of the equipment, the operating conditions and the transmission performance of the mechanism. Using virtual prototyping technology, fully parametric mechanism models were simulated and optimized using ADAMS to determine the design parameters with the best performance. The simulation results show that under the given constraints, the overall work performance of the organization has been significantly improved.
