管理学的每一次发展,都是适应当时企业所处历史条件和企业发展的需要而产生的。产生于上世纪80年代的国外企业文化,一经传入中国,就引起管理理论界和实践界的浓厚兴趣与重视。20多年来,人们对这一新的管理理论引进、介绍、肯定、赞赏者居多,而对其偏重甚至是偏颇进行一番系统的透视和分析者则很少,一些研究成果还停留在较浅层面。为推动管理科学的发展和繁荣,满足企业应用现代管理科学的实践需要,正确认识和分析这一管理理论,仍然是当前管理科学研究中的一个重要课题。
