潘东标副研究员,曾任南京市电化教育馆副馆长、副书记,现任南京高等职业技术学校、江苏联合职业技术学院南京分院校长、院长。主持了南京市十大招标课题《南京市现代教育技术普及与应用》研究,课题获南京市第二届科研成果特别奖,撰写的结题报告,编入科学文献出版社出版的《跨越与创新》一书。主编和参编的《网络环境下的教与学》、《少年网上作文》分别由东南大学出版社、少年儿童出版社出版。2005年起,任南京市外经协会常务理事,江苏省职业技术教育协会常务理事、就业与创业工作委员会副主任,江苏省第二届职业教育教科研中心组建筑类专业组组长,江苏省五年制高职电子协作委员会理事长。
