由西德莱宝有限公司(LEYBOLD AG)委托上海钢铁研究所和上海市真空学会真空冶金专业委员会联合举办的“′88真空冶金工艺和设备技术交流会”于1988年9月7日、8日在沪举行,国内有22个单位共71名代表参加了研讨。莱宝有限公司成立于1850年,在国际上有较高的信誉和地位,1967年西德莱宝公司及海拉斯公司的真空设备部门合并成立为莱宝—海拉斯公司,1987年莱宝—海拉斯公司已成为西德德固萨公司的子公司,并改名为莱宝有限公司,经营冶金行业的真空技术、真空工艺及工程、特种真空工艺设备和生产线、真空测量及分析
