特发性突聋为耳科常见疾病,目前尚无确定的治疗方法。1984年3月至1990年10月,我科采用丹参或泛影葡胺治疗71例,并对其疗效进行比较。 71例中,男34例,女37例。年龄11～70岁,平均38.7岁。诊断依据:①听力突然下降;②听力学检查为感音神经性聋;③病因不明;④除位听神经外无其他脑神经症状。71例均于发病半月内收入院,分两组进行治疗。丹参治疗组(丹组)38例,丹参30g加于10％葡萄糖500ml静脉滴注,半月为一疗程。
Idiopathic sudden deafness is a common disease of otology, there is no definitive treatment. March 1984 to October 1990, our department with Salvia miltiorrhiza or diatrizoate treatment of 71 cases, and its efficacy were compared. 71 cases, 34 males and 37 females. Aged 11 to 70 years old, with an average of 38.7 years old. Diagnosis is based on: ① a sudden drop in hearing; ② audiological examination for sensorineural deafness; ③ unknown etiology; ④ except for the auditory nerve without other neurological symptoms. 71 cases were admitted to hospital within half a month of onset, divided into two groups for treatment. Salvia treatment group (Dan group) 38 cases, Salvia 30g plus 10% glucose 500ml intravenous infusion, half a course of treatment.
