This article analyzes how to realize the legal unification of law enforcement, political effect and social effect from the perspective of renewal and reconstruction of procuratorial law enforcement. Through the analysis of law enforcement concepts and the concept of procuratorate law enforcement, the article attempts to grasp the essence of the procuratorial theme of “new era of strengthening legal supervision and safeguarding fairness and justice”.
