在绵阳市社会福利院窦玉沛副部长仔细了解汶川地震造成的“三孤”人员安置情况5月21～27日,民政部窦玉沛副部长带领社会福利和社会事务司工作组赴四川灾区,协助四川省政府研究制定“三孤”人员救助安置意见。张世峰副司长、甘薇薇处长、邹明明主任科员随同。工作组一行先后赴成都、绵阳、德阳三市北川、安县、梓潼、都江堰、绵竹5县(市)实地调研,与四川省民政厅共同起草了关于“三孤”人员救助安置工作的意见初稿。回京后,与国家发改委、财政部、教育部反复协商修改达成一致意见,于6月3日正式印发了《关于汶川大地震四川省“三孤”人员救助安置的意见》。(邹明明报道)摄影杨炳珑
