现浇钢筋混凝土楼板浇筑三个月左右,常在约束力集中处或抗拉能力薄弱处出现0.1~0.8mm宽的贯通裂缝,尤其是现浇板在梁或墙上部的负弯矩筋被踩下移,楼板更易产生严重裂缝,甚至宽达1.2mm。按常规修补方法,即把裂缝冲洗干净,用15%~30%(占水泥重)107胶拌制水泥素浆灌注裂缝内,但使用不长时间裂缝依然渗漏。为消除此项常见病,我们为一幢疗养楼用环氧树脂胶浆灌注裂缝进行修补,取得了成功。经一年多的观察,楼板安然无恙。现将施工方法介绍如下:
Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete slabs are poured for about three months. There are often 0.1 to 0.8 mm wide penetration cracks at the places where the binding force is concentrated or where the tensile strength is weak. In particular, the negative bending moment tendons of the cast-in-place slabs on the beams or walls are stepped on. Moving down, the floor is more prone to serious cracks, even as wide as 1.2mm. According to the conventional repair method, the cracks are rinsed clean, and 15% to 30% (by weight of cement) of 107 cement is used to infuse the cracks in the cement paste, but the cracks are still leaking for a long time. In order to eliminate this common disease, we repaired a convalescence floor with epoxy resin impregnation cracks and achieved success. After more than a year of observation, the floor was safe and sound. The construction method is introduced as follows:
