目的 探讨危重症患儿胃肠功能衰竭时整合素α4 β 7及L-选择素的表达及其与肠道黏膜免疫功能的关系.方法 选择危重症患儿48例,按有无胃肠功能衰竭分为非胃肠功能衰竭组(29例)及胃肠功能衰竭组(19例),另选择同期25例健康体检儿童作为对照组.应用流式细胞仪检测各组整合素α4β7和L-选择素的表达,并进行比较.结果 胃肠功能衰竭组整合素α4β7[(11.11±1.15)％]显著低于非胃肠功能衰竭组
