以有代表性的18个常规籼稻品种为材料,在水培条件下,研究不同穗型水稻品种的不同部位颖花数、结实率、千粒重的变化趋势及其与根系性状的关系。结果表明,大穗型品种二次枝梗数显著多于小穗型品种,大穗型品种二次枝梗颖花数占全穗颖花数的百分率大于小穗型品种,中下部表现更明显;每条不定根根粗与根重、单位长度根干重、每穗根干重、每穗不定根长、每穗根条数、每穗根系总吸收面积、每穗根系活力与单穗重均呈显著或极显著正相关。发达的根系和较高的根系活性是大穗型品种穗大穗重的重要保障。
The 18 representative conventional indica rice varieties were used as materials to study the relationship between the number of spikelets per plant, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight and their relationship with root traits under different hydroponic conditions. The results showed that the number of secondary branches was larger in large ears than that in spikelets. The percentage of spikelets of secondary branches in large ears was larger than that in spikelets, and the middle and lower parts were more obvious. The root weight and root weight of each adventitious root, root dry weight per unit length, root dry weight per ear, adventitious root length per panicle, number of root per panicle, total root absorption area per panicle, root vigor and single ear weight per panicle were all significant Or very significant positive correlation. Developed root system and higher root activity is an important guarantee for large panicle size and large panicle weight.
