教学的目的就是为了培养一批高技能的人才,技能是学生在这个社会上立足的生存之本,教师在开展教学活动的时候,要不断地加强教育理念的更新,有效探究人才的培养方案,在进行课程体系改革探究的同时要不断地进行教育理念的完善,进行新型教育模式的展开活动,把人才的培养模式和课程体系改革相结合,大力培养高素质的优秀人才。
The purpose of teaching is to train a group of highly skilled personnel. Skills are the basis for students to survive in this society. When teachers carry out teaching activities, they should constantly strengthen the updating of educational concepts and effectively probe into the training programs for qualified personnel.
