本文是作者到国外对工厂供热系统节能工作进行考察后,一年多来在上海汽水厂以及上海电缆厂等单位从事供热系统节能技术改造工作的经验介绍。本文共分三部分。第一部分首先论述了我国工厂供热系统能源有效利用率偏低的主要原因,促使各有关部门重视此问题,并加以改进;第二部分是根据从事这项工作的经验和教训,较详细地介绍了进行这项工作的步骤和方法;第三部分是根据我国工厂供热系统的现状,提出进行这项工作时应注意的一些问题。本文总的目的是希望这项工作能顺利地开展,并能较迅速地取得节能效果。作者还深切希望本文在我国工厂供热系统节能技术改造工作中,能起到抛砖引玉的作用。作者表示,以后将继续整理有关供热系统的疏水技术,设备、管道和管道附件的保温技术以及余热利用技术等方面的具体经验和资料,本刊准备陆续刊登,予以交流。
This article is the author’s overseas experience in the energy-saving work of the factory heating system. After more than one year in Shanghai Soda Water Plant and Shanghai Cable Works and other units engaged in energy-saving technological transformation of the heating system experience. This article is divided into three parts. The first part first discusses the main reasons for the low energy efficiency of the heating system in factories in China, and prompts all relevant departments to pay attention to this issue and to improve it. The second part is based on the experience and lessons learned from this work. The steps and methods for this work are carried out. The third part is based on the status quo of China’s factory heating system and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to when carrying out this work. The general purpose of this article is to hope that this work can be successfully carried out and that energy saving effects can be achieved more quickly. The author also earnestly hopes that this article will play a role in the energy-saving technological transformation of the factory heating system in China. The authors stated that in the future, they will continue to sort out the specific experience and information on the thermal technology of the heating system, insulation technology of the equipment, pipelines and pipeline accessories, and the utilization of residual heat technologies. The publication is prepared to be published and exchanged.
