本文应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对平塘县农业银行和农村信用社系统207名职工进行HBV感染标志物检测:结果HBsAg阳性率11.11％,抗HBsAb阳性率27.54％,抗HBcAb阳性率16.43％,HBV总感染率59.42％。并观察年龄、性别、职业、工作年限等与HBV感染的关系。
In this paper, 207 workers of Pingtung County Agricultural Bank and Rural Credit Cooperative System were tested for HBV infection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA): Results HBsAg positive rate was 11.11%, anti-HBsAb positive rate was 27.54%, anti-HBcAb positive rate was 16.43 %, The total infection rate of HBV was 59.42%. And observe the age, gender, occupation, working life and other HBV infection.
