运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对教育叙事在体育教师专业发展中的作用进行研究。研究认为:教育叙事能够促进体育教师自我发展的意识和需求、促进体育教师专业学习共同体的形成、促进体育教师批判反思能力的提高、促进体育教师理论与实践的结合、促进体育教师隐性知识的显性化,最终促进体育教师之间的交流。为了提高体育教师的教育叙事能力,建议深化理论与实践的联系,尊重体育教师的实践智慧,营造进行教育叙事的氛围,提高体育教师的科研意识,为体育教师的教育叙事搭建平台。
The use of literature, logic analysis of the educational narrative in the professional development of physical education teachers role. In order to improve the educational narrative ability of physical education teachers, it is suggested to deepen the connection between theory and practice, to respect the practical wisdom of physical education teachers, to create an atmosphere of educational narration, to improve the scientific research consciousness of physical education teachers and to build a platform for the education narration of physical education teachers.
