为促进核桃科学施肥和灌溉,提高产量和品质,以新疆地方主栽核桃品种不同生育期的叶片、叶柄、新梢、一年生枝、果实等为试验材料,研究了各器官在不同生育期的蛋白质、可溶性糖、粗脂肪、脯氨酸、总酸度等营养物质含量变化。结果表明:在不同品种各器官中成分含量变化有所差异,其中蛋白质含量变化幅度较大。在果实成熟期果实中的脯氨酸、蛋白质、可溶性糖、粗脂肪、总酸等成分含量达到最高。在快速营养生长期,温185新梢中的脯氨酸含量最多,为0.337%;温185叶片中的可溶性糖含量最高,为5.056%,粗脂肪含量最高,为0.760%。在充仁期,新2和露仁品种叶片和叶柄中蛋白质含量较低,其中新2品种叶柄中的蛋白质含量最低,为0.640%;新2和露仁品种的可溶性糖含量分别在叶片和幼果中最高。在成熟期,露仁品种的一年生枝中脯氨酸含量最低,为0.007%,可溶性糖在扎343品种叶柄中的含量最高。
