该标准由辽宁省标准局批准,从1983年7月1日起实施。在热力管道保温工程设计计算中,通常采用控制单位管长热损失法和控制保温层外壁表面温度法来计算确定保温层的厚度。而这些公式的推导是建立在稳定传热的理论基础上,因此,它们不能反映与工程造价及偿还年限有关的热价和材料价格等可变的经济因素。所以,用上述方法进行保温工程设计和改造项目的计算已不适应当前节能工作和提高综合效益的需要,国际上现在普遍推行确定保温层厚度的“经济厚度”计算方法,已从单纯的传热观点发展到考虑综合经济效益的观点。该标准就是在总结和肯定这一科学的观点的基础上,结合热力管道保温工程的具体条
The standard was approved by Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Standards and implemented from July 1, 1983. In the design calculation of the heat pipe thermal insulation project, the thickness of the thermal insulation layer is usually determined by the control unit length heat loss method and the control insulation layer outer wall surface temperature method. The derivation of these formulae is based on the theory of stable heat transfer. Therefore, they cannot reflect the variable economic factors such as the heat price and material price that are related to the construction cost and repayment period. Therefore, the calculation of the thermal insulation engineering design and renovation project using the above method is no longer suitable for the current energy conservation work and the need to improve the comprehensive benefits. Internationally, the “economical thickness” calculation method for determining the thickness of the thermal insulation layer has generally been adopted. The point of view develops into consideration of the comprehensive economic benefits. The standard is based on the summary and affirmation of this scientific viewpoint, combined with the specifics of the heat pipe insulation project.
