目的探索河南省新型结核病防治服务体系建设的思路。方法采用专题小组讨论的研究方法,组织市县级结核病防治机构相关人员进行新型服务体系的探索。包括目标体系的构成,体系建设的方式及如何推进。结果目标体系为由定点医疗机构、基层医疗卫生机构、疾病预防控制机构构成的新型结核病防治服务体系。新的体系要充分发挥各机构的资源优势。结论突出能力建设,建立定点机构准入制度。因地制宜、稳步推进新型结核病防治服务体系建设。
Objective To explore the idea of building a new type of tuberculosis prevention and treatment service system in Henan Province. Methods Using the research methods discussed by the panelists, we organized the relevant personnel of the city-level TB prevention and treatment agencies to explore the new service system. Including the composition of the target system, system construction and how to promote. Results The target system is a new TB prevention and treatment service system consisting of designated medical institutions, primary health care institutions and disease prevention and control institutions. The new system should give full play to the resource advantages of various agencies. Conclusions Highlight capacity-building and establish a fixed-point institutional access system. According to local conditions, steadily promote the construction of new tuberculosis prevention and treatment service system.
