目的:通过超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆飞行时间串联质谱技术对厚朴花中的化学成分进行分析鉴定。方法:采用反相C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mn,5μm),以0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱。质谱使用ESI离子源,负离子模式下采集数据。依据高分辨质谱提供的准分子离子峰和碎片离子的精确分子质量信息,结合标准品对照与参考相关文献数据,对厚朴花进行成分鉴定。结果:初步鉴定出酚酸类、黄酮类和苯乙醇苷类共16种化学成分。结论:本研究为进一步探究厚朴花的药效物质基础和质量调控机制提供基础资料。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and identify the chemical constituents of Magnolia officinalis by ultra performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Methods: A reversed phase C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with gradient elution with 0.1% formic acid in water (A) - acetonitrile (B) as the mobile phase. Mass Spectrometry ESI source was used to collect data in negative ion mode. Based on the accurate molecular mass information of quasi-molecular ion peaks and fragment ions provided by high-resolution mass spectrometry, the constituents of Magnolia officinalis were identified by combining the standard reference data and reference data. Results: A total of 16 chemical constituents were identified as phenolic acids, flavonoids and phenylethanoid glycosides. Conclusion: This study provides the basic information for further exploring the pharmacological basis and quality regulation mechanism of Magnolia officinalis.
